Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
All local pickup orders will be ready on the next business day. All delivery orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
As the nature of our products, we do not accept product returns. If our shipment is damaged or missing, we will do our best to recover the parcel with our selected carrier; if we fail to retrieve it or have made a mistake when packing your order, we offer to repost your order or refund you within two business days.

All products have been carefully formulated to maximise the benefits of all the skin-loving ingredients. All soaps' essential oil content is below 5% of the total soap weight to ensure the blend won't cause any irritation. Please read the product's ingredient list carefully if you have a known allergy or intolerance.
